Sweepstakes open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older as of their date of entry.

1. SWEEPSTAKES TERM: From 12:00 AM ET November 8, 2005 to 11:59 PM ET February 5, 2006. Sweepstakes is sponsored by ESPN Affiliate Sales, Inc., ESPN Plaza, Bristol, Connecticut 06010 ("Sponsor").



2. MEANS OF ENTRY: You may enter by visiting www.wjr.com and completing the online entry form and answer the multiple-choice question. The answer does not need to be correct to earn an entry. Online entry form must be complete to be eligible. Limit one entry per person/e-mail address/day.
   
   Sponsor is not responsible for telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, software, failure of e-mail or entrants due to or resulting from technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website or a combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating (or downloading materials) in this sweepstakes, technical malfunction or failures (including busy lines and disconnections), equipment failure or any other circumstance. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and award prize from eligible entries received prior to cancellation.



3. WINNER SELECTION: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, on or about February 15, 2006. Drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
   
   Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or mail within 7 days after the selection date. Potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and, where permitted by law, a publicity/liability release within 10 days following attempted notification. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Travel companion (or parent/legal guardian if travel companion is a minor) of Grand Prize winner must execute and return a Release of Liability and a Publicity Release (where legal) prior to issuance of travel documents. Prize notification returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By accepting the prize, winner grants permission to Sponsor to use his/her name, photograph, likeness, entry, voice and/or biographical information for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.



4. PRIZE: One Grand Prize winner will receive: A 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to the 2006 ESPY Awards in Los Angeles, CA. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major commercial airport near winner's residence to Los Angeles, hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), round-trip ground transfers to/from hotel/airport in Los Angeles and two tickets to the 2006 ESPY Awards. Some restrictions may apply. The Grand Prize trip must be taken during dates specified by Sponsor. Dates are subject to change. Approximate Retail Value: $3,500. Actual value of the trip varies based upon airfare fluctuations and point of departure. Any difference between stated appropriate value and actual value of prize will not be awarded. In the event the 2006 ESPY Awards are cancelled or postponed for any reason out of Sponsor's control, that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided.
   
   Winner is solely responsible for any state, local and/or federal taxes on prize. All unspecified expenses relative to participation in the Sweepstakes (including all costs associated with acceptance or possession of the prize) are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the potential Grand Prize winner is unable to take the trip during the time specified by Sponsor, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected by a random drawing, time permitting. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize in its sole discretion due to prize unavailability, for any reason, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferable.



5. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal U.S. residents, who are 18 years of age or older as of their date of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees and the immediate families of employees of ESPN Affiliate Sales, Inc., The Walt Disney Company, ABC Radio Detroit, The Hearst Corporation, CSC Holdings, Inc., Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., their respective parent companies, affiliates, distributors, divisions and subsidiaries, licensed retailers, advertising and promotion agencies and sweepstakes promotional partners are not eligible.



6. TERMS: Sweepstakes entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final on all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
   
   ESPN Affiliate Sales, Inc., The Walt Disney Company, ABC Radio Detroit The Hearst Corporation, CSC Holdings, Inc., Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., any of their affiliates and/or agencies, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, directors, officers, principals, shareholders, employees or agents (collectively "The Affiliated Parties") are not in any way responsible or liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from human, computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions (including busy lines and disconnections), altered, late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries, or acceptance and use of prize in connection with such prize. Winner assumes liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participating in the sweepstakes, or by the acceptance, possession or use of the prize. By entering, participants agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries shall be asserted against The Affiliated Parties. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release and hold The Affiliated Parties harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use or misuse of prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by all the Official Rules of this sweepstakes. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply. This sweepstakes may be presented in different creative presentations by the Sponsor.



7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Affiliated Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by (website users or) any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the sweepstakes. The Affiliated Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft of or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
   
   This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and, by entering, all entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in New York.



8. OFFICIAL RULES/NAME OF WINNER: This sweepstakes is subject to these complete and Official Rules. Official Rules will be available at www.wjr.com until February 5, 2006.
   
   The Grand Prize winner's name will be available after February 28, 2006 at www.wjr.com until March 31, 2006.



9. CONDUCT: The Official Rules will be posted at the sweepstakes site throughout the sweepstakes. ESPN Affiliate Sales, Inc., The Walt Disney Company, ABC Radio Detroit, The Hearst Corporation, CSC Holdings, Inc., Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
   
   CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY ALTER OR DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ESPN AFFILIATE SALES, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
